Both pairs competed in the Junior World Championships, where they placed eighth and seventh respectively in 1993. After a brief collaboration with Maxim Kachanov, they placed 5th at the Goodwill Games of 1994. Then in 1995 she teamed up again along with Vladimir Fedorov. The partnership was equally successful since they both won the Finlandia Trophy twice and also participated in the Grand Prix of Figure Skating. The partnership proved to be a huge success as they managed to accomplish more than they could have on their own. The highlight of their partnership was when they finished 15th overall at the World Championships 1998.
