Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert who is on CNN as well as HLN's different platforms. The TV show she hosts"LAST HOUSE REmaining" on DIY NETWORK began airing on March 30 2012. She also serves as an on-camera meteorologist and is the co-executive director. The first book she has published is EXTREME WATER by Palgrave Macmillan. It was released on January 31st, 2012 by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. As a Boston-based special assignments reporter, she reported each week for three hours on entertainment, lifestyle, and news. Prior to joining WB56 she was the weekend meteorologist for WFOR-TV in Miami. She worked in a variety of meteorology and reportage positions, such as News 12 Long Island (a 24/7 cable television news network) and WXII-TV in Winston-Salem. When she was in New York City, she served as a weatherman fill-in on The Saturday Early Show for CBS.
