Piper Perabo
Piper Perabo has been nominated for a
Golden Globe as a stage, TV and film actor. She was born in Dallas, Texas, and
raised in New Jersey, she graduated with a summa cum Laude degree from Ohio
University. Coyote Ugly was her breakout role. She appeared in "The
Prestige" by Christopher Nolan with Hugh Jackman & Christian Bale,
"Because I Said So" as well as "Because I Said So" and
"Because I Said So" and "Because I Said So" with Diane
Keaton and Guy Pearce. Alongside "Cheaper by the Dozen", Lena Heady, Matthew
Goode as well as the crime thriller "10th & Wolf", she also
starred with James Marsden and Dennis Hopper. In Rian Johnson's sci fi action
movie "Looper," she starred with Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon
Levitt. Perabo was Annie Walker on USA Network's spy drama "Covert
Affairs" for five seasons. Perabo was also a character in ABC's legal
drama "Notorious" in the year 2016. "And she will next appear on
Netflix in "Turn Up Charlie" co-starring Idris Elba. In Neil LaBute's
controversial production, "Reasons to be Pretty", Perabo made her
Broadway debut. The show was nominated by the Tony for the award for Best Play.
Perabo is active in the field of activism as well as her stage and screen
performances. Perabo is an active Voice for the International Rescue Committee
who raises awareness about the refugee crisis in the world, and helping people
who are affected by persecution of religion as well as political oppression and
conflict. Piper lives in Los Angeles, New York City. Graduated from Toms River
(NJ) High School North class of 1994. She performed in the four annual musicals
she attended during high school. Senior year she was Katie in Me In St. Louis,
junior year she was Cousin Fan and Lady Brighton in Mame; the sophomore year
was Lady Brighton and Lady Brighton respectively. And in freshman year she was
a choreographer and dancer in How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying.
She was also the high school president of National Honor Society, and was also
the editor of Polaris the school's literary journal. She was also an
Marinerettes dancer at high school football games.
